Exceptional Children (EC) Behavior Coach role at Union County Public Schools.
JOB SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, the EC Behavior Coach provides coaching support to Exceptional Children teachers and staff in developing effective behavioral interventions and classroom management strategies. The position focuses on strengthening teacher capacity to meet the behavioral and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities through modeling, training, and collaborative planning aligned with IEPs and best practices.
