YWCA Central Carolinas is seeking a part-time Student Success Advisor in Monroe, NC to provide onsite learning support for literacy-based after-school and out-of-school activities for K–5 students. This role aligns with school calendars, supporting bus schedules and daily care hours, typically 2:30pm–6:00pm on school days and more during breaks.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years working with youth, and strong communication skills.
