• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a New Product Development (NPD) project management role, covering Electrical, Software, Embedded Systems, and Mechanical disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineer on an NPD project or subsystem
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies highly desired

• Manage internal and external resources to achieve project goals (On-Time, On-Spec, and On-Cost)
• Create and track risk management and mitigation plans
• Lead scope and requirements management, including tradeoff analysis
• Develop and communicate comprehensive plans and status updates across organizational levels
• Monitor project budget and product cost estimates
• Create and monitor key performance indicators
• Coach and mentor team members to maximize performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
