We are seeking an experienced and lively Unit Manager with LONG-TERM CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team!
Must have 1-YEAR of UNIT MANAGER experience
You will be responsible for- Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance
- Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients
- Managing daily treatment schedules
- Enforcing health and safety regulations
- Solving staffing issues and shortages
- Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition
- Ensuring the unit meets federal, state, and company guidelines
- Completing admission and discharge forms
- Delivering hands‑on care and medication administration as needed
- Communicating procedural issues with the director and working to correct them
- Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff
- 1-YEAR+ as a Unit Manager
- 3-YEARS+ Long‑term care
- PCC experience
- Ability to build rapport with residents, facility staff, and families
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
