Base pay range is determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities- Provides direct supervision of resident care staff, including monitoring performance, coaching, and corrective action.
- Coordinates training and education of resident care staff on an ongoing basis.
- Verifies all associate hours on time cards and weekly reports, and completes nursing schedules to assure proper coverage.
- Observes residents’ health status, takes actions within scope of practice, and reports significant changes timely.
- Assists the health and wellness director with medication management, ordering, and record keeping.
- Administers medication to residents when within scope of practice and reviews self‑administration capabilities.
- Monitors staff medication administration and conducts audits of medication administration records.
- Responds promptly to all emergency calls from residents.
- Communicates with families regarding resident needs and achievements, and ensures follow‑up of medical appointments.
- Assists in developing service plan reviews with the resident care team and families.
- Participates in maintaining resident charts, including MA reviews and new resident entries.
- Engages in department quality improvement activities, including completion of surveys.
- Performs safety and infection control checks of the home and grounds.
- Participates in community functions, including family socials and open houses; communicates with community professionals.
- Shares on‑call duties as required.
