Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Lighthouse Autism Center

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a passionate BCBA to contribute to the success of our learners. The role offers an environment where clinicians are supported, training is ongoing, and the focus is on making a difference in the lives of children.

Full‑time

• Oversee a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and continuously evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals/plans, making modifications as needed.
• Establish and maintain rapport with parent(s)/caregiver(s) for each learner on caseload and conduct monthly parent/caregiver trainings in the center, home, or community.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for new learners as needed and complete corresponding insurance documents.
• Strategize and communicate with other members of the clinical team for overall center management.

• Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
