As Payroll Leader, you'll play a critical role in ensuring payroll is delivered accurately, compliantly, and efficiently for employees across our organization. More than executing payroll, you'll serve as a trusted subject matter expert, helping strengthen and mature payroll operations as we continue to evolve and grow.

• Own the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payroll operations across multiple employee populations, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
• Serve as the organization's payroll subject matter expert, investigating complex issues, resolving discrepancies, and providing guidance to employees, leaders, and business partners.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and business leaders to ensure employee data, compensation changes, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions are processed accurately.
• Maintain strong payroll controls, audit practices, and compliance standards to support regulatory requirements, data integrity, and operational excellence.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance accuracy, efficiency, employee experience, and scalability as the business continues to evolve.
• Leverage payroll reporting and data insights to identify trends, proactively address issues, and support informed decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience with responsibility for end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience supporting multi-state payroll operations and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Experience processing payroll for organizations with a significant hourly workforce, including shift differentials, overtime, premiums, and variable compensation programs.
• Experience utilizing enterprise payroll and HRIS systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxation, wage and hour requirements, payroll controls, and payroll auditing practices.
• Experience researching, troubleshooting, and resolving payroll discrepancies while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, managers, and employees to address payroll-related questions and issues.
