The Business Intelligence Developer is a key contributor to True Homes’ data-driven decision-making strategy. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intuitive, high-impact data visualizations and analytics solutions primarily using Power BI and the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. The BI Developer will partner with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable, cloud-native BI solutions aligned with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, M, Power Query, and deployment pipelines
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Synapse Dedicated Pools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Notebooks, and Lake houses
  • Understanding of cloud data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and semantic modeling
  • Knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git) for BI assets is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI capacities, performance tuning, and large dataset management is a plus

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
  • Associate needs to occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
