This role involves supervising restaurant operations during a shift, coordinating team members, and ensuring adherence to operational standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping duties.
• Ensure food preparation and service meet brand, company, and health standards.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift reports.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisors.
• Ensure a safe environment following safety laws and codes.
• Complete incident reports as per policies.
