Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Bilingual Poseidon Router Machine Operator to join our production team.

The Poseidon Router Machine Operator is responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining the Poseidon CNC Router to cut and shape stone materials. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain Poseidon CNC Router machine for granite, marble, and quartz cutting

Load and secure materials onto machine bed

Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints

Set tooling, adjust machine settings, and monitor machine operation

Inspect finished products for quality assurance

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

Communicate with team leads and other departments

Adhere to safety standards and company policies

Requirements:

Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably Poseidon Routers

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the stone fabrication industry

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
