Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts per week (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) including weekends and holidays as scheduled
Pay Range: $34.90 - $52.35
Where You Will Work: 11‑bed unit in an acute care setting serving Union County and neighboring areas. This unit provides thorough care to acutely ill patients from diverse backgrounds with a range of medical conditions, allowing nurses to practice at the highest levels of their licensure.
Expectations We’re Looking For- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Atrium Health Union is a 182‑bed hospital in Monroe, NC, providing comprehensive emergency services and specialty medical care. The campus offers a variety of medical services, including a day surgery center, cancer treatment center, long‑term care facility, behavioral health center, specialty care clinics, a community wellness and outreach program, a women and children’s center, interventional heart program, and physician practices.
