We are a Scratch Kitchen, serving comfort food. We are looking for an experienced line cook with breakfast experience and the ability to cook from a recipe. We are a fast‑paced, order‑driven kitchen. The right person will be clean, efficient and reliable. Must have or be willing to obtain Serve Safe certification within 30 days of the start date and have reliable transportation.

Must have experience working at the front end of a restaurant, making food plates and assisting customers with questions and providing great customer service.

• 1 year of prior work experience with griddles as well as food prep.
• Prepare multiple orders in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must have ability to use and properly clean a griddle, grinder and deep fryer.
• The ability to work in a friendly and effective manner with other team members.

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of meals for the kitchen and dietary department.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Previous experience in a culinary or food handling role is preferred.
