• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming environment.
• Engage with guests to solve needs, promote current promos, and inform about store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Explain and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, complying with safety standards and procedures.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features and services (Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering).
• Assist with returns following store policies and escalate to Leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance policies; report hazards as needed.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and related duties with compliance to applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.
