The Role
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time sales representative, you will be trained in all our products and deliver interactive sales presentations, enhancing communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. This role provides foundational education and experience for future career growth.
The Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services to customers
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching camps
- Engage in team building and mentorship activities
The Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence and poise in public speaking
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented
- Open-minded with a passion for learning diverse skills
- Outgoing personality that thrives in human interaction
- BA/BS preferred
The Compensation
- $3,900 Sign-on bonus*
- Hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
- Average earnings: $72,000 - $130,000 per year
