Rollback Transporter-Monroe NC

Associates Asset Recovery is seeking rollback operators responsible for securing, storing, and transporting collateral across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. The rollback driver will communicate regularly with office staff to update on assignments and appointments, providing detailed progress reports. Knowledge of current repossession software and a CARS certification are advantageous but not mandatory. The company has a full-time office staff available 24/7 to assist field agents.

The position requires some days, nights, and weekend work, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate both parties.

Requirements:

• Professional work behaviors and defensive driving skills
• Previous rollback/flatbed experience
• Minimum age of 23 with a good driving record
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote management
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English
• Personal transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass drug and background checks
• Strong observation skills prioritizing safety
