• Manage entire stockroom/inventory process to include receipt and storage of materials, allocating and issuing materials, and all related Pentagon (ERP) transactions
• Review incoming orders for proper quantities and certifications; inspect and verify supplies received against invoice and packing slip; initiate requests for vendor corrections
• Ship and receive inventory and work orders
• Maintain hazmat certification
• Maintain forklift certification and operate forklift as assigned
• Manage and order consumable requirements
• Manage and order non inventory supplies to include stationery
• Manage the rejections cabinet with the Quality Manager, and the return parts to vendor process
• Identifies alternate consumables and part numbers for use and verify with quality and operations the acceptability of these alternates and make applicable changes in Pentagon (ERP)
• Source alternate supply chain vendors as assigned
• Work with Controller to execute inventory cycle counts and inventory adjustments
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance as assigned
• Conduct oneself and interact with others in a manner that supports company goals, initiatives, and culture
• Provide support and assistance to other functions and operating units of Midway, as directed

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Microsoft Office literate
• Previous ERP experience such as SAP
• Previous Stockroom and warehouse experience

• Previous experience operating a forklift

• Warehouse environment to include loud noises, standing for long periods, temperature fluctuations, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating a forklift

The compensation for this position typically falls between $45,000 and 55,000 per year. This position is eligible for overtime.

the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
