Warehouse Support

Overview

Position:
Warehouse Support roles in the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include scheduling inbound and/or outbound activities, ensuring inventory accuracy within processing areas and systems, maintaining process quality and vendor compliance, and supporting outbound shipments to stores. May perform required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of a DC functional area. Some roles may involve ensuring the DC has the necessary hardware to enable efficient work and meet production and customer goals.

Associates must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; be detail-oriented; and have proven time management skills. Follow Home Depot safety policies and procedures.

• Schedule inbound and outbound activities in the Distribution Center.
• Ensure inventory accuracy within processing areas and in the systems.
• Maintain process quality and vendor compliance; support outbound shipments to stores.
• Perform required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of a DC functional area.
• Ensure the DC has required functioning hardware to support efficient work and meet production/customer goals.
• Collaborate with internal suppliers/customers and DC functional groups to drive quality and accuracy and to service stores.
• Follow Home Depot safety policies and procedures.
