, a global leader in eyewear. An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients.

Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor and provide high quality optometric care and service to patients. The practice autonomy allows care predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor. You will:

• Deliver comprehensive optometric examinations and vision solutions within a private Independent practice setup
• Utilize available office facilities and equipment, including digital eye examination technology where offered
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor to determine terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours
• Participate in an environment with flexible scheduling options, including part-time commitments

Compensation details:
