Director of Resident Care- OH ALF

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a well known Assisted Living Community that holds 100 residents. The community is located in the Monroe section of Ohio. They are looking for an experienced Resident Care Director (
for direct hire
)to join their team. The Resident Care Director will be responsible for providing quality care and services to the facilities residents. This includes providing leadership and mentoring services to nursing staff. As the Director of Resident Care you will be working closely with the Assistant Director of Resident Care, and the Executive Director. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Train,mentor and supervise clinical team members within the community.
• Manage the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity while providing quality care as their healthcare needs change.

• Valid RN nursing license is required. LPN's are highly considered with sufficiant experience.
• Minimum of 2years relevant experience in a clinical leadership role in an Assisted Living home is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology and EMR proficiency.
