Ensure the doughnut factory is running under the cleanest conditions by completing the sanitation process steps of inspection, sweeping/flushing, washing, rinsing, sanitizing, rinse or air dry and validating;
Clean the doughnut-making equipment with approved chemicals;
Follow a master cleaning schedule and standard operating procedure checklist to help you organize your work and keep you on track for impeccable food safety standards;
Keep the cleaning supplies stocked, on-hand and organized.
