Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Schedule and Training
  • Nights: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, 2-2-3 rotation.
  • Initial training occurs on 1st shift.

Core Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment; perform necessary adjustments to restore performance.
  • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on assigned machinery.
  • Handle welding and fabrication work independently.
  • Record all work in the maintenance system promptly and accurately.
  • Apply advanced electrical principles to maintain a safe, reliable operation.
Desired Experience
  • Electrical/PLC manufacturing background; able to interpret ladder logic and program HMIs.
  • Allen‑Bradley PLC familiarity (hardware, wiring, and programming).
  • Hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing knowledge.
  • Mechanical, welding, and cutting proficiency.
  • Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.
  • Workbench skills and basic computer literacy.
  • Competent with meters and measurement (including tape measure).
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Safety training in LOTO, fall protection, PPE, and confined spaces; CPR/first aid may be required.
Assessment

Candidates must complete and pass an electrical board and PLC programming hands‑on assessment.
