Packer and Panner

Overview

Help keep Krispy Kreme’s doughnuts fresh and ready for delivery by packing, staging, and loading treats into trucks. You’ll work in our Fresh Factories and Shops, ensuring quality standards are met and the loading area stays clean and organized.

• Pack and stage doughnuts in boxes and racks for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area and report any quality issues to leaders.
• Organize doughnuts for drivers according to route orders and track shipments and customer destinations.
• Assist with doughnut production and decoration as requested by leaders.

• High school diploma or equivalent and basic reading and math skills.
• Excellent time‑management and team‑work skills with a positive and energetic attitude.

• Job requires frequent standing and lifting 25–30 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Must use cleaning equipment such as mops and brooms and be able to read product boxes and use measuring devices.
