Position: Developmental Disabilities LPN (Every Other Weekend)

Developmental Disabilities Nurse - LPN Every other weekend 7a-7p or Sun & Weds 7a-7p

Monroe, OH

LPN: $28-$29/hr

Responsibilities

• Performing duties as outlined in the plan of caresuch as Medication Administration, Personal Care, Light Housekeeping and day to day support.
• 2:2 Ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload.
• Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient's status to the supervising RN.
• Maintaining a safe patient environment.
• Providing emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients.
• Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.
• Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Developing and establishing a plan of care with physician.

Requirements

• Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• LPN license.
• Nursing experience preferably within Private Duty Nursing, Home Health or Disability Services specialty is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
