This is NOT an entry level position and requires at least 1 year of Landscaping/Property or Municipal Porter work experience at a company that can be verified AND a Valid Driver's License.

Rate of pay depends on previous work experience and any certifications/licenses you hold, starting range of pay is $19 - $21 per hour. If your resume does not show Landscaping/Property or Municipal Porter experience; your application will be rejected. Please ensure your experience and Driver's license are on your resume. Applications without resumes will be rejected.

• Execute site level tasks on Bright View’s client sites.
• Keep the premises of Bright View’s clients’ grounds in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform light landscaping.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Bright View.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal (as applicable).
• Physically walk the property frequently and remove litter.
• Clean and rake shrub areas; shovel mud when necessary.
• Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush.
• Repair and replace windows, screens, sliding glass doors, etc.
• Drive to designated areas in vehicle and pick up trash with trash grabbers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• At least 1 year of Landscaping/Property or Municipal Porter work experience at a company that can be verified.
