Senior Sales Associate
Join the Kate Spade New York team as a Senior Sales Associate, where you will utilize your retail expertise to exceed sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and the Kate Spade experience.
- Build personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
- Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture.
- Initiate business‑driving events in store.
- Communicate client feedback to store leadership to improve service and sales.
- Maintain brand aesthetics and philosophy in all customer interactions.
- Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register count, bank deposits, and facility security.
- Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
- Elevated sense of personal style.
- Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Stay standing for extended periods.
- Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable climbing ladders.

CompensationBASE PAY RANGE: $15.00 – $15.00 (minimum wage, subject to local regulations).
