Senior Sales Associate

Join the Kate Spade New York team as a Senior Sales Associate, where you will utilize your retail expertise to exceed sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and the Kate Spade experience.
• Build personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
• Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture.
• Initiate business‑driving events in store.
• Communicate client feedback to store leadership to improve service and sales.
• Maintain brand aesthetics and philosophy in all customer interactions.
• Supervise store opening and closing procedures, including register count, bank deposits, and facility security.

• Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.

• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Stay standing for extended periods.
• Safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.

BASE PAY RANGE: $15.00 – $15.00 (minimum wage, subject to local regulations).
