Irrigation Technician; Monroe, OH Driver's

Overview

Irrigation Technician (Monroe, OH) Driver's License required. Bright View Landscapes is seeking an Irrigation Technician. This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card (drug test by Federal requirements).

An Irrigation Technician is able to foresee potential problems and has the specialty skills to solve them. Careful planning and the ability to anticipate issues are valued. You will contribute to a best-in-class team and support customer needs through proactive work.

• Monitoring and testing new installations, troubleshooting and repairing problems, observing pipe and valve placements, and evaluating start-ups, winterization and overall operation of the irrigation system.
• Conducting and recording detailed inspections and planning/ executing upgrades of client systems.

• Minimum of 1 year of productive experience in the installation, inspection and repair of irrigation systems; supervisory skills and a proactive approach preferred.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Good knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing.

• Spanish bilingual
• Ability to create and read site map colored charts/legends

Starting rate of pay is $22 per hour and could increase based on experience and certifications/licenses. Benefits may include health and wellness coverage, 401k savings plan, paid time off, and other standard offerings. A detailed benefits package will be provided during the interview process.
