No experience is required; you’ll be introduced to our vehicle maintenance processes and taught how to use our leading‑edge technology. • Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to verify tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items
• Helping maintain clean, safe facilities for customers and associates
• Building skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Compliance with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by Penske management
• Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies; correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and best safety practice
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• Compliance with driver qualification requirements, DOT physical, motor‑vehicle records checks, and safety performance history; CDL holders require DOT drug screening within 30 days of start and FMCSA clearinghouse review
• Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete employment application, submit to background screening, pass drug screen and physical, and travel within the local geography for training as required

• Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods throughout the scheduled working period
• Use hands routine and daily to grasp, reach, touch, handle, or otherwise operate required tools or controls
• Work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms
• Work safely in all weather conditions
• Be able to see and hear to safely navigate the environment amid frequent movement of large trucks
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg); also push/pull truck tires that exceed 100 lbs
