- Blend mismatches and break edges on machined aerospace parts to customer specifications
- Use deburr guns, pencil grinders, and other technician hand tools to meet quality requirements
- Meet customer standards such as BAC 5300 and BAC 5730 with minimal supervision
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of hearing protection, safety glasses, and dust mask
- Receive weekend shift premium and differential pay on a Fri/Sat/Sun schedule
- Hands-on deburring, grinding, or finishing experience in a manufacturing or machine shop setting; entry-level considered
- Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and reliable attendance; able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; US work authorization without sponsorship
- One year of on-the-job experience in aerospace or machine shop work
- Basic skills with MS Windows-based computer systems
