Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to lead process improvements in our Monroe, WA facility. You will design and implement lean concepts to reduce waste and improve flow across production lines.
The role requires hands-on experience with 5S, Kaizen events, and training employees in lean practices. Excellent teamwork will support our mission of safe, efficient, and reliable aerospace manufacturing.
