Job Description

The Quality Assurance Administrator supports Quality Assurance in managing processes and activities in support of customer and industry requirements.

What will my responsibilities include?
  • Maintains a working knowledge of customer and industry quality standards (AS9100 / AS9102).
  • Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Reviews a variety of documents such as Job Packets and Material Certs for completeness and accuracy prior to shipment.
  • Uses a personal computer in a network environment to enter and update data, create documents and use system applications; uses email, spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Prepares pack slips and certification paperwork, per customer and internal requirements.
  • Operates office equipment such as copiers, scanners and PCs.Performs data entry to support daily, weekly, monthly and annual internal quality metrics, and quality support activities.
  • Works with all departments to support continuous improvement activities.
  • Works with/supports Q.E. staff. May take direction from Q.E. staff and/or Director of Quality.
  • Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and email systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Quality Assurance/Inspection experience in the aerospace industry
  • Basic awareness of GD&T
  • Familiar with Business/ERP Systems and CAD environments (Catia/Enovia)
Preferred Qualifications

Salary Offering

$24.00 per hour to $34.00 per hour

Shift

M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm
