General Manager Pay Range: $23.00 – $25.00 PLUS ACHIEVEMENT BONUS ranging from $400.00 – $2,000.00

• Responsible for everything that happens in the restaurant, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from team members.
• In charge of making schedules, ordering products, training team members, and hiring.
• Earn a profit share bonus based on controlling costs within goals.

• At least 18 years or older.
• Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and nights.
