Sales Administrator

. You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed.

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required for advancement and additional income opportunities, training provided.
• Base pay and benefits will depend on experience and increase when P&C license is obtained by the candidate if entry level.
