We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support our growing Global Compliance team. If you have a positive, customer‑service oriented demeanor, this could be the position for you!
What You’ll DoAs a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Shared responsibility for determination of harmonized tariff schedule (HS) classification for imported goods across multiple business units, including maintenance of the HS import database.
- Participate in various cost savings initiatives and strategic planning sessions to support Colony Brands’ strategic goals and objectives.
- Assist in updating all internal systems and databases with correct classification information for compliance and customs clearance purposes.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to build awareness and internal partnerships for Colony Brands compliance activity.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or a related field with a strong interest in international business/trade compliance (helpful but not required).
- Related business or internship experience.
- Project management skills with a process improvement focus demonstrating the ability to prioritize and drive forward multiple initiatives and objectives in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, decision‑making skills and the ability to work on a team and independently to drive strategic results.
- Experience with MS Office (specifically advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge).
- Certified Customs Specialist preferred (or willing to obtain within 2 years).
- This role requires you to physically work on site at our Monroe, WI headquarters.
