Physician – MD/DO – Pediatrician

Monroe, WI and Freeport, IL – Outpatient Clinic, Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

Join SSM Health as a Pediatrician in a collaborative team committed to clinical excellence. Practice in newly designed and refreshed offices at the state‑of‑the‑art 58‑bed Monroe Hospital and at our outpatient clinic in Freeport, IL and Monroe, WI. The practice includes six pediatricians, experienced RN and MA staff, on‑site lab, and painless labor‑delivery‑recovery suites. Payment structure: 2‑year salary guarantee, RVU model, competitive sign‑on bonus, and minimal on‑call limits (1:6 with less than 50 days per year).

• 4‑5 day work week at Monroe, WI and Freeport, IL
• Deliver patient care in a collaborative pediatric team
• Practice in newly designed and refreshed offices
• Provide care to a full panel of patients
• Assist with deliveries and cesarean sections as needed
• Maintain low on‑call duty (1:6, < 50 day & weekend calls annually)
• Participate in the 2‑year salary guarantee and RVU model compensation
• Earn a competitive sign‑on bonus

MD or DO with board certification in Pediatrics. Eligible for state licensure. Prior outpatient clinic experience preferred.
