The Opportunity:

SSM Health Monroe Medical Group is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Physician to join the OB/GYN department at our Monroe, WI & Freeport, IL locations.

• The department currently consists of 3 Physicians & 1 AP/Midwife
• Clinic coverage at Monroe & Freeport
• Deliveries & surgeries at Monroe only
• Call schedule will be 1:4 (one day per week; weekend coverage is Friday‑Sunday)

• Active/Clear Wisconsin Medical License and DEA
