A leading manufacturing firm in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking a Controller to join their accounting team. In this role, you will lead financial reporting, budgeting, job costing, and month-end close, while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Accounting or Finance, along with 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
