About the Role
We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of residential construction projects. This role is responsible for scheduling, coordination and follow‑through across active jobs ensuring projects stay on track, crews are supported and issues are resolved before they escalate.
This is a hands‑on PM role

- Manage project schedules and daily coordination across assigned jobs
- Sequence work based on labor availability and timelines
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors and materials with field leadership
- Identify risks early and adjust plans to keep projects moving
- Set clear execution expectations for each project
- Ensure project plans are followed and standards are met
- Review plans for constructability and sequencing
- Work with internal support staff to keep documentation current
- Monitor workload and crew capacity
- Communicate constraints and potential conflicts to leadership
- Help protect field teams from over commitment
- Provide consistent project updates to clients
- Address project-level concerns professionally and efficiently
- Escalate larger issues appropriately without involving ownership unnecessarily
- Work closely with field leads to support execution
- Partner with team on project handoffs and timelines
- Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement
- Sell or close projects
- Set pricing or margins
- Run marketing or recruiting
- Carry excessive administrative workload
- Operate without clear authority on execution decisions
- Projects stay on schedule with minimal surprises
- Reduced rework and last‑minute scrambling
- Clear communication between office, field and clients
- Strong coordination and follow‑through
- Fewer escalations reaching ownership
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and buildability
- Experience working closely with field crews
- Experience in a growing construction company
- Familiarity with Job Tread or similar project management software
- Organized and detail-oriented
