We're on the lookout for an Assistant Janitorial Supervisor to join our second shift operations. Responsibilities

• Impart BBP cleanup practices and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.
• Oversee the replenishment and maintenance of supplies in breakrooms and restrooms.
• Orchestrate the thorough cleaning of buildings during second shift, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from trash disposal to mopping and beyond.
• Manage inventory, order supplies and equipment proactively to maintain seamless operations.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards and ensure the smooth operation of all cleaning equipment.
• Conduct monthly evaluations with the department manager to continuously enhance our janitorial processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or two years of pertinent experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Availability to work second shift.
• Experience in leading and training teams.
• Solid communication skills.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
