Job Description

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to batch mixing, baking, extruding, filling, depositing, and cutting operations within the Bakery. Food Quality and Food Safety are crucial to meeting our customer expectations. This position involves setting up and operating various equipment such as mixers, depositors, ovens, extruders, robotic cutters, and more.

You will also be responsible for:

Qualifications

We seek a self-motivated individual who can work independently while following procedures. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Ideally, you will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or two years of relevant experience (training provided)
• The ability to follow and execute recipes, including math skills to scale recipes
• Strong experience and knowledge of operating a range of machines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
