Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager for a day shift position in Monroe, Wisconsin. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who’s ready to step into a supervisory role while still staying close to hands-on care in a supportive and welcoming environment.

As the RN Unit Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high standards of patient care, staff coordination, and regulatory compliance. You’ll lead by example—mentoring staff, collaborating with providers, and making sure patients receive safe, compassionate, and efficient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and support nursing staff on the unit

Coordinate patient care delivery and ensure care plans are followed

Monitor patient conditions and intervene as needed

Oversee documentation and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations

Conduct staff evaluations and provide training and mentorship

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families

Active Wisconsin RN license (or compact license)

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; leadership/supervisory experience preferred

Current BLS certification

Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and accountability
