Join North Shore Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This position offers competitive wages up to $43/hr and is available for full‑time, part‑time, or casual shifts across our Monroe Health Services facilities. North Shore Healthcare is a leading post‑acute provider with 70 skilled nursing and assisted living centers throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota.

Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, an LPN performs as a licensed caregiver, assuming responsibility for assigned residents/patients during each shift. Nursing care is delivered through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the resident’s plan of care. The LPN follows Center policies, the State Nurse Practice Act, and maintains a safe environment while supervising nursing assistants.

• Provide direct patient care and safely implement the residents’ plan of care.
• Coordinate and evaluate patient care with the RN Unit Manager or DON.
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure adherence to care standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow Center policies.
• Perform duties in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and applicable regulations.

• Licensed LPN in the State.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with nursing supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, medication cart, etc.).
• Ability to calculate drug dosages.
• Meet all health requirements imposed by law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and volunteers.
• Fluency in English and basic computer knowledge.
