Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full‑Time 2nd Shift

North Shore Health, part of the largest post‑acute provider in the Upper Midwest, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents in our skilled nursing and assisted living centers across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota.

Wage range: $20.00 – $23.50 per hour, based on experience

  • $1.50 PM Differential
  • $2.00 NOC Differential
  • + $1.50 Extra for WEEKENDs!

Job Overview

Under the supervision of the assigned Nurse Supervisor, the CNA will perform resident/patient care activities and related services necessary for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients. The role also supports a positive physical, social, and psychological environment while following all Center policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program.
  • Positivity and effective communication with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
  • Interest in long‑term care and a positive attitude toward working with elders.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Meets all health requirements as required by law.
