Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
Pay RatesStarting at $16/hr

- Leads each shift at a high level, coaching crew and other managers to work together to provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Role-models leadership behaviors at all times.
- Ensures high levels of quality, service, cleanliness, and accuracy when leading shifts.
- Ensures 100% guest satisfaction while also being results-oriented to take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
