The Meadows Assisted Living is currently accepting applications for a Resident Care Aide within our Assisted Living Facility. This is a full‑time salaried position responsible for performing non‑professional direct patient care duties under the supervision of nursing personnel and providing direct care to the residents of our assisted living facility, including assistance with activities of daily living, dining service, and helping residents to and from activities and meals.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Some shift flexibility is needed, primarily a day‑shift position
• Completion of elementary education or an ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience or completion of the appropriate training program
• Positive attitude toward the elderly
