Job Title:
Production Assembler

Pay Range: $15.00 hr

• Assemble tractor components and parts using tools and machinery per work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality compliance.
• Operate hoists, jigs, and fixtures safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while minimizing scrap and rework.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and quality.

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift regularly and perform physical tasks.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
