The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts, signage hanging, merchandise and fixture assembly, and planogram reviews.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Providing coverage during peak times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores in personal vehicle required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Travel as needed.
• Push, pull, lift, and reach with merchandise up to 50 pounds; operate store equipment.
• Stand, walk, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
• Ability to handle birds/poultry and complete training.
