• On-site service technician responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and start-up on various brands of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment within a plant environment.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Manage assigned work to ensure professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
• Document service and installation activities using software for completing work orders, maintenance checklists, and daily time sheets.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical school or associate degree in HVAC technology preferred
• Certified HVAC technician with 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems
• Must possess a universal EPA certification
• Basic computer skills
