Responsibilities- On-site service technician responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and start-up on various brands of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment within a plant environment.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
- Manage assigned work to ensure professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction.
- Document service and installation activities using software for completing work orders, maintenance checklists, and daily time sheets.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school or associate degree in HVAC technology preferred
- Certified HVAC technician with 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC maintenance, installation, and repair
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems
- Must possess a universal EPA certification
- Basic computer skills

- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
