Pay- $25-35 per hour based on experience

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  VoTech, trade school, or maintenance apprenticeship preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing or building maintenance
• Proficiency in reading schematic and wiring diagrams
• Experience with PLC systems and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Nice to Have

Skills:

• HVAC experience
• Experience with inventory management and supplier interface
• Knowledge of quality evaluation and documentation

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• A completed maintenance apprenticeship or specialized technical training in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance
• Hands-on experience with high-density circuit board manufacturing environment is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to evaluate the quality of own work and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers
