Fiore Legal is a fast-moving law firm focused on delivering the best client experience in automotive and premises personal injury cases. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will enhance the effectiveness of the firm by providing reliable and consistent support for the team and clients. The role requires familiarity with civil litigation and trial preparation.
Responsibilities- Provide reliable administrative support to the personal injury team
- Assist with civil litigation matters and trial preparation
- Maintain organized case files and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or similar role
- Well-versed in civil litigation and trial preparation
- Kind, compassionate, service-oriented, respectful, collaborative, authentic and ethical
- Highly organized with excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly
