About the Role

At the Pacific Bridge Companies, we support advisors and clients across borders, generations, and cultures. This role is central to shaping the advisor experience, from onboarding and licensing to contracting and compensation.

You’ll manage the systems and processes that help advisors move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether it’s coordinating licenses, managing contracting paperwork, or reconciling compensation reports, your work will help build trust and support advisor growth.

Primary

Roles and Responsibilities Licensing & Appointments
  • Coordinate license applications and renewals for individuals and business entities across multiple states
  • Validate licensing and registrations for advisors working with variable products
  • Submit and track appointment requests through carrier portals and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate records of license statuses, confirmations, and expirations
Contracting Operations
  • Oversee the contracting process for advisors working with life, annuity, and variable products
  • Review contracting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage onboarding workflows for both U.S.

    -based and international advisors
  • Identify and escalate compliance or jurisdiction-specific issues
  • Monitor contracting progress using systems such as Surance Bay and Agency Integrator
Compensation & Reporting
  • Reconcile commission statements from various carriers and process payments to upline advisors and partners
  • Maintain detailed records of commission activity and generate override reports for leadership
  • Provide clear and timely commission statements to help advisors understand their compensation
  • Work with carriers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Organize documentation to support audits and reporting
Quick Books Online
  • Record and categorize financial transactions related to commissions, overrides, and reimbursements
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
  • Ensure financial records support internal operations and advisor-facing expectations
Preferred Experience & Skills
  • 3 or more years of experience in insurance licensing, contracting, or commission administration
  • Understanding of life and annuity carrier processes and multi-state licensing requirements
  • Experience with commission reconciliation and compensation reporting
  • Proficiency with Quick Books Online
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across platforms such as Agency Integrator, Surance Bay, NIPR/Sircon, and carrier portals
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
